By subscribing to FiberXpert Internet Services, the customer agrees to comply with all terms, conditions, and policies set by FiberXpert.

2. Installation and Activation
Installation will be scheduled upon confirmation of application. Service activation will begin once installation is completed and payment is settled.

3. Payment Terms
Customers agree to pay all service fees on time. Late payments may result in service interruption or disconnection.

4. Service Availability
Internet speed and connection may vary depending on location, network traffic, and technical conditions. FiberXpert does not guarantee uninterrupted service at all times.

5. Fair Use Policy
All plans are intended for normal residential or business use. Abuse, illegal activities, or excessive usage that affects network performance may result in suspension or termination.

6. Equipment
Modem/router provided remains the property of FiberXpert unless otherwise stated. Customers are responsible for proper care and must return the equipment upon service termination.

7. Service Interruption
FiberXpert is not liable for service interruptions caused by maintenance, technical issues, natural disasters, or events beyond control.

8. Termination of Service
FiberXpert reserves the right to suspend or terminate services due to non-payment, violation of terms, or misuse of the network.

9. Customer Responsibility
Customers must provide accurate information and ensure safe installation conditions at the service location.

10. Changes to Terms
FiberXpert may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the service means acceptance of any changes.
